We are seeking a skilled Windows System Engineer to join our team, specializing in the design, implementation, and management of virtualization infrastructures.
- Design and architect virtualization infrastructure, focusing on VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hosts
- Install, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMs)
- Automate processes for Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
- Manage capacity, tune performance, and monitor VMware clusters
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
- Design, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery plans
- Configure and manage virtual networking and storage, including switches, port groups, VLANs, network connectivity, datastores, SAN, NAS integration, and storage optimization

- Experienced in writing and maintaining system documentation
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server and clustering
- Proficient with virtualization technologies such as VMware, vSphere, vCenter, and Hyper-V
- Experienced with Azure Cloud services
- Extensive expertise in Active Directory, including the design and implementation of services, domain controllers, group policies, user accounts, security groups, and organizational units
- Skilled in using MS SCOM and SCCM
- Fluent in English + Dutch or French
