Satellite Lead Systems Engineer

As a Satellite Lead Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the project's system/subsystem throughout its entire lifecycle.

• This involves understanding customer technical requirements, translating them into design and development specifications, and ensuring proper requirement tracking and traceability.
• You will lead and monitor the design/development team from conceptual design to detailed implementation.
• Other essential duties will include ensuring overall technical coherence, providing support to the project team during technical reviews, and coordinating and participating in system/subsystem level functional and performance test campaigns.
• Ultimately, you will serve as the overall technical lead of the project in close collaboration with the Project Manager.

• Master's degree, preferably in space studies, engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in satellite systems engineering is a must, as well as a minimum of 5 years in the role of Technical Lead.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to clearly define approaches and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
